These general conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the seller and the consultant and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the seller's site, whether the consultant is a company, an association, a professional, or a consumer. . These general conditions of sale will take precedence over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by the seller. Pure clairvoyance is a singular action that it is useful to respect. The answer that will be given to you will require becoming aware of the unconsciously expected answer. Pure clairvoyance must be used according to a code of ethics within the framework of respect for a certain ethic. In this context, I undertake to respect my rights and duties towards my consultants or the public. You will find below, in addition to the rules of secrecy of the consultation, five additional rules that I undertake to respect:

Before agreeing to answer a question asked, I question my conscience to make sure that I have no personal interest in advising one path rather than another. A clairvoyance is at the service of the one who requests it, never of my interests or my hopes towards this person. "I agree not to use the information obtained through my sixth sense to manipulate the other in the direction of my desires or to make me esteem him."

Any natural person has a right of withdrawal of 14 days in accordance with French law. If the consultant has paid for his order by Paypal credit card, the costs related to the transaction during the purchase are not reimbursed. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons.

The consultant is informed that are excluded from this right of withdrawal:

• Services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period or whose execution has begun, with its agreement and express waiver of its right of withdrawal, before the end of this period.

• any digital content provided on an immaterial medium, the execution of which began with his agreement and for which he has waived his right of withdrawal.

7. Conduct of the consultation by Audio or Video recording

After selecting the desired service, the consultant sends his question via a form. The dedicated service sends it to Bruno Moulin-Groleau in a closed envelope, so that he can carry out the consultation by Audio or Video recording.

​ 8. Transfer of the question by the consultant

Upon validation of his order, the consultant has a period of 5 days to transfer his question via a form. After the 5-day period, the order can then be automatically canceled and refunded. If the consultant has paid for his order by Paypal credit card, the costs related to the transaction during the purchase are not reimbursed.

​ 9. Duration of the consultation by Audio or Video recording

The duration is indicated in the description of each proposed offer. The duration is given as an indication.

​ 10. Fees

The seller reserves the right to modify the amount of the fees at any time, it being understood, however, that the amount displayed on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the consultant.

​ 11. Applicable geographical area

The offers offered on the site are accessible to consultants worldwide.

12. Electronic Delivery

Each consultation by Audio or Video recording is transferred by email. The seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems. The seller reserves the right to modify the delivery time, it being understood, however, that the time displayed on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the consultant.

​ 13. Delivery by post

Each consultation by Audio or Video recording can be burned on CD or DVD. The delivery is carried out by the services of the Post office in letter followed towards France and DOM & TOM, and priority letter for all other destinations. This free offer is offered in the event of a download problem by the consultant or at his request.

​ 14. Perceive Box

The Percevoir box is delivered to the address indicated by the consultant. Delivery costs are free for France and are charged 15.00 euros for all other destinations.

​ 15. Terms of payment

The consultant can pay his order according to the means proposed by the seller. In the event of payment by cheque, this must be made payable to Bruno Moulin-Groleau.

​ 16. Billing

The seller will archive the invoices of each consultant, on a reliable and durable medium.

​ 17. Serenity Guarantee

As a clairvoyant medium practicing pure clairvoyance, I undertake to accept my errors and my limits because I will never be able to see everything or know everything. If the consultant does not find himself in his clairvoyance consultation by Audio or Video recording, he can then request a refund of his order within a period of 6 months after receipt of it. Indeed, sometimes the connection to the intuitive channel is beyond my reach. The intuitive channel is fragile, it can easily be diverted, polluted, obstructed by fatigue, fear or (mental) desire. To obtain a refund, the consultant must use the document “ Serenity Guarantee  ".

19. Liability

The seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means. As such, Bruno Moulin-Groleau cannot be held liable for damages, direct or indirect, material or immaterial, which may result from the use or interpretation, by you or by third parties, of the partial content or complete of the Audio or Video recording concerned.

20. Validity of the general conditions of sale

Any modification of the legislation or regulations in force, or any decision of a competent court invalidating one or more clauses of these general conditions of sale cannot affect the validity of these general conditions of sale. Such a modification or decision does not in any way authorize customers to disregard these general conditions of sale. All conditions not expressly dealt with herein will be governed in accordance with the usage of the retail sector for individuals, for companies whose registered office is located in France.

21. Jurisdiction and applicable law

These general conditions of sale as well as the relations between the consultant and the seller are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will be competent. However, prior to any recourse to the arbitration or state judge, preference will be given to negotiation in a spirit of loyalty and good faith with a view to reaching an amicable agreement when any conflict relating to this contract arises, including relating to its validity. The party wishing to implement the negotiation process must inform the other party by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, indicating the elements of the conflict. If, after a period of fifteen (15) days, the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction designated below. Throughout the negotiation process and until its outcome, the parties refrain from exercising any legal action against each other and for the conflict subject of the negotiation. By way of exception, the parties are authorized to seize the court of summary proceedings or to seek the pronouncement of an order on request. A possible action before the court of summary proceedings or the implementation of a procedure on request does not entail on the part of the parties any waiver of the amicable settlement clause, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
